This console from the late 19th century has a drawer section that sits on elegant double legs. The top of this drawer section is covered with a dark green veined marble. At the top, there is a framed mirror between the double wooden columns. Solid walnut carved pieces are used with walnut veneered dovetail surfaces. The crown on the mirror is repetitively balanced, being smaller and upside down under the drawer.
